The General Manager supervises the P&L, motivates sales, and provides direction to all employees and processes for the center. Service Technician The Service Technician conducts diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts with residential and/or commercial customers to respond to their questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person in the role also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the supervision of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician performs heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The individual filling the position also performs installation and service on inside air equipment and accessories, as well, and has the qualifications to comprehend controls and wiring graphics and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer questions, objections, and billing questions with the highest degree of consideration and professionalism to resolve customer concerns with a one-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for assisting in day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, abiding by Service Experts radio and pager procedures, dispatches customer information to Installers, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians. The individual in the positiong also communicates with the customer to confirm the customer is notified of scheduled appointments, reply to queries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians following established company procedures.
