Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this amazing event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this wonderful cause and the nationwide event has collected $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s motorcycle group gets involved every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The big-hearted motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and sponsoring great events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To discover more about how you can get involved and support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, check out their site.
