You all never cease to amaze me. Your service, professionalism & Team members are always super helpful & always provide great service. Aside from having my inspections done for furnace and air conditioner every year, the recommendations made to ensure the furnace and air conditioning units keep running is always helpful. Today, Miles came out to do some preventative service on the furnace motor and most likely saved us a couple thousand dollars to replace it if we hadn't got it done. We are Super Thankful & Appreciative. On a side note showing us the before & after pictures to ensure we knew this wasn't just work to pad the bill or add unnecessary service (like some auto mechanics do) gave us the ability to confirm this was something we needed to do & were not being scammed!

I called because my furnace was acting up, it would start and shut off so the house wasn't getting to the right temperature. Jason called ahead of time, arrived promptly and got to work. He was thorough took pictures of the issues he found and walked me through how he repaired them. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Great Service. Thanks Jason.

My 86 year old mother-in-law was without heat for 2 days. I had contacted another company and was told that someone would be out the next day. After waiting all day, not receiving the promised updates or calls back, I called Bryant. The dispatcher who answered my call was very courteous and empathic to our situation and the stress we were under. I gave her all of the information and was told someone would get back to us soon. I received a call back from their HVAC technician almost immediately. Dakota was on another call and would come to my mother-in-law's home as soon as he was done. An hour later he arrived, assessed what the issue was, fixed it, preformed some routine maintenance and tested the furnace before leaving. Dakota was very professional, he took time to explain everything he did and why and he also answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Bryant Heating &Cooling to anyone in need of service.
