Your Advantage Program™ rental equipment is in good hands. All terms and conditions remain the same. To book a service or maintenance appointment contact your local centre just as you have always done. One change you may notice is your monthly bill. It will be dual branded until November and then Enercare-branded afterward. Your account number will also change, so any payee information for online banking will need to be updated, as per the instructions on your first bill. If you are registered for preauthorized payment, the biller’s name will change to Enercare Home Services, but there’s no action required on your part.
For those customers who have purchased equipment from Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, rest assured, the warranty plan that accompanied the purchase of your HVAC equipment will remain in place. You can book your maintenance at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning.

Your current rate will continue and will be subject to any annual price increases as set out in the Terms and Conditions of your equipment rental.

Until November, continue to book appointments the same way that you do today, through your local centre. After November, you can conveniently book and change appointments on our mobile app available in The App Store® and Google Play®. For a seamless registration, please call us and one of our agents will take care of your setup. For your security, we need to match the mobile app profile to your Enercare account number and the easiest way to do this is with our agents. They are ready to take your call.
Depending on the timing of your billing cycle, starting November, you will be billed monthly by Enercare Home Services.
If you currently are signed up for ebilling, your existing web portal credentials will remain the same, however you will need to visit www.enercare.ca/ebilling to access your account. If you are not already registered for ebilling but would like to be, please visit this same website and use the information found on your first Enercare Home Services invoice to register.
